Access to Noboribetsu Bear Park is via a scenic cable car ride. As the ride ascends over forests and mountains, it provides panoramic views suitable for photos. On clear days, the views extend across the landscape of Hokkaido.

Visitors can see the Hokkaido brown bears up close from behind safety glass and observe their behavior. There is also an area for newborn brown bears.

The park includes an Ainu Village, showcasing traditional architecture and artifacts of Hokkaido's indigenous people. Visitors can learn about Ainu life through exhibits of clothing, tools, and crafts.
